Chamber drying of sawn timber

We dry sharp-cut joinery timber to optimal moisture content in modern SUZAR dryers with a capacity of 100 m³ and 15 m³.

Top drying technology

We ensure optimal timber moisture of 8% ± 2% by drying in modern dryers with an automated drying process.

We have chosen proven Slovak quality from the manufacturer Suzar. We dry the sawn timber in a large-capacity dryer and a small-capacity dryer.

To meet the demand for sawn timber, our dryers are constantly loaded and in operation throughout the year.

We have a boiler house that achieves high efficiency and produces a minimum amount of exhaust gases.

For special wood species, such as sycamore, we use a separate small-capacity dryer, which allows for sensitive drying in smaller volumes.

To heat the dryers, we use our own wood chips, which we let dry naturally, coming from cuttings.

After drying, we store the sawn timber carefully in an air-conditioned dry warehouse. Thanks to this, we maintain low humidity.
